To feel like you are very, very far. Close to nature. Even if you are only at 1 hour and 50 minutes from the City of Athens, somewhere in Central Greece, in the Country of Fthiotida, in the carefree and unpretentious beach of Agios Serafim, just a few kilometers away from Kamena Vourla.
To welcome you to a relaxation experience beyond the usual and everyday city life. In a green areaof 16.000 square meters by the sea, full of poplars, eycalyptus, fruit-bearing and olive trees, with pitches separated with bushes so that our guests have their own personal camping place.
Everything started in 1982, when a Greek couple of immigrants from Venezuela, Michalis and Stella, coming back to their homeland in Greece, decided to bring with them a piece of the land they loved, a remembrance of their life, their efforts and their creations. The “sombrilla” – the umbrella with the 107 palm leaves placed on the beach will always remind us where did it all started from.
Camping Venezuela is located by the seaside of the Maliakos Gulf, at the beach of Agios Serafim, a picturesque village in the foothills of Knimis in the Kallidromos mountain range.
The area is surrounded by fertile lands with fruitful olive yards, green hills and a lacy coastline.
The proximity to Athens, the surrounding landmark sights and the many activities make our location an ideal destination for shorter or longer excursions.
Tall trees with plenty of shade, poplars, eucalyptus trees, fruit-bearing trees create a hospitable scenic for carefree days and relaxing evenings with candle lights … under the stars.
Our beach at Camping Venezuela with clean shallow waters is the perfect option for families, ideal for swimming and sunbathing. The sea sports lovers can have a wonderful experience with canoe kayak, sea ski, windsurfing or kite surfing, as the wind is almost everyday favorably blowing.
The campsite is very nice, too bad the sea was all brown, which for being in GREECE IS AN INCREDIBLE THING!!!! One thinks of GREECE and immediately the turquoise sea, but it is not always like this. And everything was taken care of in accordance with the law and the staff were kind and polite, typical of the Greek population

The campsite with lawn is very clean, the sanitary facilities are not the newest but everything is very clean and tidy. The site offers sunny and shady locations, everything is prepared with a lot of love. Very friendly owners, unfortunately the beach is not that great, it needs to be cleaned properly, there was a lot of washed up stuff. But it is nice to walk with the dog 😁The tavern is good, large portions
